RE: 29th Annual SWAHAP Medical Education Congress
On November 14 and 15, 2008, the Southwest Association of Hispanic American Physicians, in joint sponsorship with Sierra Providence Health Network, will host the 29th Annual SWAHAP Medical Education Congress. In past years, over 200 physicians, over 100 nurses, and other healthcare professionals from throughout the West Texas, New Mexico, and Northern Mexico area have attended our conference. This year we expect an attendance of 300 healthcare professionals.
At present, the planning committee is busy selecting and confirming guest faculty members based on current needs assessments and past evaluations. According to Texas Medical Association, Sierra Providence Health Network, in conjunction with the SWAHAP planning committee, holds full responsibility for the planning, development, and implementing of the educational activity.
On behalf of the planning committee, we would like to invite you and your company to join us in support of this educational activity by purchasing an exhibit space(s). Acknowledgement of your support will be published in the participation handout. Financial support toward the breaks and/or lunch will also be recognized in the conference materials. Exhibit space(s) will be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. For information on exhibit spaces please call Norma Leticia Cruz at 915-532-9494. The exhibit space will consist of a skirted and draped six foot table and two chairs. Arrangements for additional space, electrical connections, or other special needs can be noted on the exhibit form. Please complete the exhibitor registration and return it to the address listed or it may be faxed to 915-532-7474.
